Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Jesemm West CA Group LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information you provide when you visit this website, contact us, or sell a property to us.

Information we collect

• Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, and the property address and details you share through our contact form, by phone, or by email.
• Property and transaction information: details about a property and the terms of any offer or sale, which we need to evaluate the property and complete a purchase.
• Basic technical information: like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log standard information such as your browser type, device, and the pages you visit. We do not use this to identify you.

How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiry and discuss your property.
• To schedule calls and walkthroughs, prepare offers, and complete a purchase.
• To send text messages you have opted in to, as described below.
• To meet our legal, tax, and record-keeping obligations.

Mobile information and text messages

Mobile Information. We collect mobile phone numbers to send you customer care text messages (replies to your inquiry, scheduling of calls and property walkthroughs, offer status, and closing updates) and marketing text messages (follow-ups about selling your property and updates on the homes and areas Jesemm West CA Group LLC is currently buying in) via SMS text message, with your consent. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP or contact us at james@jesemm.riyaplatforms.com or (559) 367-3479.

Consent to customer care text messages and consent to marketing text messages are collected separately, through separate unchecked, optional checkboxes on our contact form. Opting in to one does not opt you in to the other. See our SMS Terms & Conditions for full program details.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to evaluate and complete a real estate transaction you have agreed to — for example, with the title or escrow company, or lender involved in closing — with service providers that help us operate our business under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law. These limits never override the Mobile Information section above: text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

Data retention and security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy or as required by law, and we use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect the information you share with us.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us using the details below. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.

Children's privacy

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a new effective date.
