SMS Terms & Conditions

Effective October 30, 2026

How you opt in

You can opt in to text messages from Jesemm West CA Group LLC on our contact page. The contact form has two separate checkboxes:

  • Customer care text messages (optional) — replies to your inquiry, scheduling of calls and property walkthroughs, offer status, and closing updates.
  • Marketing text messages (optional) — follow-ups about selling your property and updates on the homes and areas Jesemm West CA Group LLC is currently buying in.

Both checkboxes are unchecked by default and both are optional. They are independent: ticking one does not opt you in to the other, and you can send the contact form without ticking either. We only send a category of message if you opted in to that category.
